Singapore Visa Fees for Indian Applicants
A Singapore visit-visa application from India involves two components: a government fee set by the authorised channel, and a service charge for document review and submission. We don't publish a fixed number on this page — we quote current pricing when you enquire. Here's why, and how the structure works.
Why We Don't List a Fixed Fee
You'll find a range of different figures for Singapore visa fees quoted across the internet, and they don't always agree with each other. Rather than publish a number we can't stand behind as current and accurate, we'd rather quote you directly — that way the figure you get reflects what actually applies at the time you're applying, not a number that was correct at some point in the past and may not be any more.
What Makes Up the Cost
- Government fee — set by the authorities and paid as part of the visa application itself
- Service charge — our fee for reviewing your documents, checking consistency, and submitting your application through the authorised visa application channel
Indian applicants cannot file directly with Singapore's Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA), so the service component reflects the work of preparing a complete application and handling submission on your behalf — see our application process guide.
Does the Fee Vary by Category?
Tourist/social visit and short-term business visit applications are priced separately, and factors like the number of travellers in a family application can affect the total. We confirm the applicable pricing once we know your travel purpose and how many people are applying.
Is the Fee Refundable if the Visa Is Refused?
Government visa fees are typically non-refundable once an application has been submitted and decided, regardless of the outcome — this is a general feature of visa applications, not something specific to how we handle Singapore applications. We flag anything that looks like it could weaken an application before submission, precisely because of this — see our page on common rejection reasons.
No Paid Express Tier
We do not offer a paid priority or express processing option, and we won't promise a guaranteed turnaround in exchange for a higher fee. See our processing time page for how timing actually works.
Get Current Pricing
Share your travel purpose, number of travellers, and rough travel dates via the form on this page, WhatsApp, or a call, and we'll quote you the current government fee plus our service charge — no obligation, and no guesswork on either side.

How much does a Singapore visa cost for Indians?
It depends on the government fee at the time of application and the service charge for document review and submission through the authorised channel. We don't publish a fixed figure because government fees and channel charges can change — enquire and we'll quote current pricing for your specific case.
Key Terms — Singapore Visa for Indians
Singapore Entry Visa
Pre-travel permission to enter Singapore. Indian passport holders generally need one before travel; it is applied for through an authorised visa application channel, not directly with ICA.
Visit Pass (e-Pass)
Granted digitally at the checkpoint when you arrive in Singapore — emailed, with no passport stamp (since 11 Mar 2022). This is different from the visa itself.
SG Arrival Card (SGAC)
A free, mandatory digital arrival and health declaration submitted online within 3 days before you arrive. It is not a visa and does not replace one.
Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA)
The Singapore government authority responsible for visa and entry decisions. Visa Expertz assists with preparation and submission only — final decisions rest with ICA.
Social Visit Pass
The official term for a tourist/social Singapore visit — covering leisure travel and visiting family or friends.
Short-Term Business Visit
A visit for meetings, conferences, exhibitions, or trade events. Not a work pass — no employment or salary in Singapore.
Authorised Visa Application Channel
Since individuals in India cannot file directly with ICA, applications are submitted through an authorised channel on the applicant's behalf.
